Normal User Posts: 1,082	Not sure whether this was suggested or not, but how about something in the Credit shop that lets us change out username? Not sure how this will work out, though. o-e;

Normal User Posts: 1,731	It's been suggest before, not sure how it was taken. Might be a bit complex, though. It's always risky having items like that. That and the fact there has to be a way to keep track/record how many times people change their names. I mean maybe if there was a limit... But I could see this being a plus as much as it could be abused. :<

Normal User Posts: 312	Maybe when you first start res, just like you have the limit to change from rancher/merchant, you can have the ability to change your username 3 times, but i dont think there should be a credit shop item or any other way to change your username. 3 times and thats it for your entire time on res, no matter how long that is. OR we could make it that you can change your username once a year... and no credit shop item for this either. and when your username is changed, I think that an rmail should be sent to your entire friends list, saying that you've changed your username. This should be the same type of email that is sent to you when someone accepts/declines your respal. Content Manager Posts: 3,122	What if we had a seperate username and login name? Kinda like GPX. We could change our username perhaps once every six months, but the username stays the same.

Normal User Posts: 130	It's very likely that there will be a way to change your username in the future; however, it will not be cheap. I don't think it's all that difficult to come up with a username you'll be happy with for a long time. No one needs to change multiple times.

Normal User Posts: 437	It wouldn't increase Res' income unless it was real money limited, which I would support by the way xD. It would be fun to see everyone complaining about it xD. I agree with Gun that it is not so hard to come up with a nice username for long term use, and hold down Shift key when typing it.
