In any case.

Strongly disagree, for reasons stated in the other thread; the material customized or uploaded could be inappropriate, offensive, or could link to/advertise other sites.
Plus, the reason we have avatars in the first place are so that we can work for them; in certain events you have to do certain things to obtain the avatar, or whatever. Staff get their own special avatars, too.

Avatars being customized would ruin all of this. There would be no point in collecting the already-available avatars.

On a side note, 'only costimize 2 a day'?! That's not an 'only', friend. That's a heck of alot of customized avatars. o__o
