(I think it would also be cool to be able to choose if we want them "Normal" or "Glittery".)

Also, the option to wear Maschera and/or blush would be neat. Blush just gives you slightly rosey cheeks and maschera gives you longer, darker lashes.

Background Ideas:

"City of Lights" could look like you are standing in a lit city at night.

"Summer of Love" could be all hippied out. The design could be very 60's or 70's -ish.

"Hopeless Romantic" could have hearts, rose petals, or something along those lines.

"Scooba" is an under water background, of course!

"Flying High" could be a cloudy background.

"Living Among the Undead" ... One word. Zombies!

"Starry Night" is pretty self explanatory.

"Sunny Day" also speaks for itself.

"Make Every Day Earth Day" could be all naturey.

And any other ideas that may come to staff's minds.
