Normal User Posts: 431	ok for say 1 year each staff member has a egg made/named after them and looks the way they want it to look ^-^ or better known as a staff egg xD not only will this be a fun day for us users but also the staff. this could also be a great way to remember staff that have left res or retired...and will be better than the staff items Dx.. this would be like Seasonal eggs but only for 1 year not every year makeing these eggs rare and worth lots of Tu... these eggs will be able to be hatched and have all the colours or even a specail staff colour o.o id say its up to the staff and also people then cant moan about wanting more eggs xD........ please comment......and dont put just "disagree" or something like that, say the problems and what would make the idea better >.<

Normal User Posts: 1,731	As much as I'd love this because I'm on staff (lol. xD), I have to say I'm against it. :x We have enough recognition with staff items, and giving us our own pets is unfair to the rest of the res community. If I wasn't on staff and didn't have the talents to be, I would surely find it unfair that staff could have creatu designed for themselves. Not only that, but staff work for the better of the site. Sure, some might work for credits (which is a privilaged bonus), but I'm also sure there will be some staff that will just work to have that creatu of their own on the site. I think staff is here because they want to help Res and they love it, not because they can work for something that others can't get such as a pet. If anything, I just think having our own creatures is a strain on the artists, as many staff will come and go, and it is a little extreme. Items are good enough for our work.

Normal User Posts: 431	D= i see, what about staff that have been on here for a long time as staff? and it not unfair on the rest of the res community because if they become loyal and become staff they might have a pet made after them...... =3 plus who doesnt want a Uwi Dragon as a pet? and im not saying this as in a thanks for your work in a way but it makes a change from staff items that seem to have no use at all but as collectables O.o not trying to sound mean. Dx but the eggs can be used and loved by everyone =/ its hard to say what i mean... as for the artists..... i didnt think about them......blah nvm then my idea sucks =/

Normal User Posts: 10,925	There's a lot of staff, though, and that means a lot of egg designs. And also, like Uwi said, it's kind of unfair for non-staff members. *We fell through the ice when we tried not to slip.*
