what internet browser do you have?

try and delete your cookies,
or go to tools, and delete browsing data,
and refresh to see if that helps too.

i know one on of my computers,
i cant release a pet,or send eggs,
and comes up as a blank screen.
all cause of google chromes dumb updates,
and firewall,and settings.
will not allow me to do this.
so i have to use my other computer now.
sence i dont know what to do
to fix the problem.

I know that often times this is just a problem of very slow internet connection so you might wanna check that out first.

Also, your browser could be affecting such behavior. What browser are you using? I suggest you use Google Chromes as that is the one mostly compatible with the site. If problem persists, you should go ahead and use Incognito on Google Chrome to disable whatever plug-ins and add-ons you have on your browser.

I've been using Firefox. I've been having other issues with it as well, such as weird spyglass at the corner of images that if I try to click on the image(like on an image map) it links to advertising instead of the correct link and stupid stuff like that. Same with having random words on any site I'm on turn into links(with two lines under them) and when you hover over them- advertisement. Its like linked-in embedded Spam and its SO ANNOYING. -_- I can't even load my add-ons and extensions to check those.. My internet has been driving me nuts. I just wanted to ask, because on some sites(I play on a lot of sites) sometimes I have no problem with some things, but then there's these random issues of something not working. For instance here, how I can normally buy something from a users shop, just not the NPC shop, which I just can't figure out. Or like I can hatch a creatu, just not name it. :(

I have tried to delete my cookies, but the stupid thing FREEZES. It literally says 'Preparing to delete cookies' and then it crashes... 'this program is not responding'. I've tried it multiple times, with the same result. X_X

I am about to completely delete firefox and reinstall it to see i that helps... but if I still get the same issues, I may just go ahead and switch to google chrome if I have to. Though I am pretty used to firefox, I guess I could get used to google chrome if I have to...ESPECIALLY If I don't have to deal with all these annoying issues. (I just HOPE it would work better than this!! MissHalloween is worrying me a bit there with it screwing up on her like that :X)

My internet service is supposed to be really fast, it seems to load MOST things quite quickly, and we're even paying extra to our service provider for 'extra speed', so I'm doubting it would be the speed..unless there was some sort of weird...something I couldn't figure out XD

I even had thought of trying to reboot my whole computer and return it to stock settings, but I cannot find the reboot disc that came with it and I cannot 'restore it to an earlier point' because I never saved a point. :(

I've wrote a lot haha, I've just been very frustrated with stuff, and really do appreciate help <3

You've got some malware on your computer it sounds like. Rescreatu isn't placing ads in place of your normal links or anything like that, and it doesn't put lines under random words. You need to get some good virus protection, Avast Free Edition is fantastic, better than paid antivirus even, and also run a scan for malware on your PC. Malwarebytes Anti-Malware is the one that I prefer to use. Let it do a full scan of your system, and get rid of anything that it finds.

It would also be a good idea to disable system restore while you do these things, because a lot of viruses and malware can re-spawn themselves from the hidden restore folder.

Good luck I hope you get it all sorted soon!

Ahhhh! Yes yes yes. I actually used Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and it worked GREAT(although it took over 5 hours to scan :X). I actually found it via another site that someone else also recommended it, and I did some research on it and it seemed legit so I tried it out. I'll keep Avast in mind as well. I also did delete then re-install Firefox. Everything seems so much better. Those eye glass things, and links are gone, I can now name my pets, and even buy from the NPC shops now haha. And it actually IS faster now! YAYAY Thanks you guys <3 :)

Yeah,i suggest loading up a 'spybot' which will delete all
that spy stuff, and mal stuff on your computer
everyday.

It's all working for me today.
Thankgoodness.
I had to update,delete all the cookies,restart..
and wait.
seems to be doing ok now.

Yep! Everything has been working like it should, thankfully. I've even been able to sign into sites I thought were lost to me forever, or at least until I got a new computer...so I am actually quite thrilled I figured out what was wrong. Although it took me nearly forever to figure out how to fix the issue :X Now, the only problem is most of these programs are free for only a month, then I doubt I'll ever be able to use them for this computer again. So I'll have to find another eventually, I'm sure. Hopefully not for a while.
I also suggest to anyone else having issues before downloading any antimalware programs that you research the programs and make sure they are legit...I was afraid to DL any for the longest time considering everything got WORSE on my computer last time I did..and even worse than that, I had actually PAID for the full version, but instead of working for me, I'm pretty sure it put a virus on my computer. *sigh* so I felt lost for a long time, with everything getting worse and worse. It got to the point I didn't know if the issues I were experiencing was malware, a virus, or the site its self, since the problems were often random and different on each site. I'm just glad that I decided to once more try again with an antimalware program, and it turned out Legit this time! :3
