I made about 5 offers of 10 apples each and only one was accepted. However, I never got any of my other apples back and they're not in the "your offers" page in trade either.

Offering on five separate trades, the ones that were not accepted will not be affected by the one that was accepted. You can go back and cancel your other offers though, just visit the Trades area and click My Offers.

I did go there, but none of the others are there and I didn't get my apples for them back either.

You'll need to open a support ticket then so we can look into this further. Make sure you include the links to trades that you offered on, or if you don't have those, the username of the person the trade belonged to, the items the person had in the trade, and the items you offered on the trade.
