Hi, I just joined and my sister Vyte sent over some stuff to set me off. When I went to delete all the alerts, it showed that she sent over 3 spoiled ebilia egg (which I heard shouldn't even begin to age until a year or whatever) but then I checked hatchery, they are all fresh, so I'm not sure whats's wrong...The success rate between fresh and spoiled is pretty large so I want to make sure it's alright before hatching it.  

Egg alerts are wrong - I dunno why the coders haven't fixed this yet.

So they should be hatch as all fresh?

...Just asking cuz I heard my sister tried hatching those ebilia egg and all five failed for some reason...I tried hatching one and that failed too...

All eggs have a chance of failing, spoiled, rotten, or fresh. You can see the chances listed in the chart at the top of the hatchery.
