A few days ago one of my auctions finished. I never received an alert and didn't get the money.

Hi Marex, It appears as though you already received an alert last April 30 about your auction. The alert says

Your pet auction has completed. 220000 tu has been transferred to your account.

That was one of my other ones. I believe the one I didn't get the TU for was around 190,000

I suggest you send in a Support Ticket about this explaining further the details of your auction (like the date it was opened and what the pet was) so we could look into it more closely.
