I'm trying to use my NCJB but it says that it currently has no function, is this right? It's not making the item dissappear at least, but it isn't working.

That's odd, what pet are you trying to use it on? It doesn't work on mutants, CS, or Uldavian pets.

Are you using a non-standard device to access Res? Something besides a PC or a Mac? Phones and mobile devices are unsupported at this time.

I am using it on a seasonal creatu. But I am using an IPod which could be the problem.
