When I first got in Res, I said I was a female.

Now, Im somekind of alien, because on my profile, i cant see my gender,

and I cant make a wordrobe chara.

What should I do?

My account says that I have no gender, and I can't do anything that involves changing my avatar. It also says that my account is experiencing technical difficulties and to press the repair button. I do exactly what it says, but nothing happens. Can you please help me with this problem?
