While I was putting stuff in my storage I noticed that my Yellow Glowstick Bracelet wasn't in my inventory. But when I went to change my avatar it was showing it as being able to be used. I checked my storage and gallery to make sure that I didn't accidently place it there but didn't see it in either location. I don't know what is going on because I have never had this happen before.  

This is a known issue with items that were on HAs during the switch to V3. It is on the list of things to be fixed, but I have not been given a time frame for when this might happen.
