In Game Glitches?

Sometimes stuff happens that seems like it might be glitchy. 8( Like suddenly I will lose some tu when I didn't go buy anything. 

Or just now I had a handful of eggs in the item trades and and they just vanished. T____________T I don't see that the eggs returned to my hatchery, the trade didn't have any offers I don't think, and when I click "my trades", I don't see that group of eggs. ;__; 

Does this happen to anyone else? Are there in game actions that cause tu or egg disappearances? :< I'm pretty new to the community, only been around since August.

The thing is, I don't have a specific glitch to ask about. These things happen entirely unexpectedly without any kind of pattern. 8( I don't have screen shots or anything to prove the items that seemed to vanish. 

So I wonder what good a support ticket could do without proof of a lost thing or a specific instance of a glitch to correct.

Things arent likely to just dissappear, Lilindar. o_o
Usually this is a case of User error, such as accidentally deleting/selling items and such.

The trades issue is one that's happened before. And staff can check those for you if you can't find them. <3
