Alright. I'm not sure if this is in the right place, but I hope so.

Ever since the change with profiles, I have been unable to access player's profiles from the forums. I can access them from the users online page, but never the forums. I go to look at a galllery or SR and I can't because I can't make it to the profile. I click the link, and it takes me to a page that says 403 forbidden.

It then says:

You don't have permission to access /userInfo/PlayerNameHere.htm
on this server.



Apache Server at www.rescreatu.com Port 80

If someone could provide a solution or explain the problem, I would be extremely thankful.

I get the exact same thing. I was about to post this in the support forum, glad I found this thread first xD
I really hope it can be fixed, it's very annoying

Yeah, I have the same thing, I asked 14BM about this on SB, she said she'd talk to Shea about it and try to fix it as fast as possible, tho'. I really do wish this gets fixed soon.

I find this very annoying for one thing: you have to look in the users online, but the user is not on.  So you search up their name and this is a VERY long process I hope it works soon because this is just annoying and wasting some of the time we have on this website

Yeah, I figured it out myself. It is a massive pain, and I'm sure the staff is fixing it as soon as possible.

All that's left now is to sit back and be patient, I guess. :/

I believe Shea is working on getting all of the URL's uniform, instead of having them formatted differently like you guys noticed above. Once they are switched everywhere it will all work. =)
