Wonder if it's the fact I'm new or I've got issues.
I bought 2 Pink Bunny Ears, one from the NPC Shops and a User Shop. I don't see it anywhere in my inventory or closet.

Bunny Ears can't be worn yet. I guess it's kind of a problem that unwearable clothing still goes into your closet, yet unwearable clothing doesn't show up in your closet (I guess that's how it works?). If you look at your Quick Stock, you'll see them.
You can also see all the available wearable items in the Dream Builder.
