Hi Cinderheart,
This is not an error. If you try to read the COPPA laws you will see why. Res is sorting out the ways on how to implement this. So please bear with us as we try to test out changes to some of these places on site.

Oh my laptop wont let me see the COPPA rules. When I tried it just said there is a error with the page..

Actually, you're not supposed to be able to view the blogs, but we are currently having issues with the mechanism to enforce that.

Please take this to a support ticket, and we'll follow up there.
