When I hovered my mouse over where my avatar picture usually is on the left, I got an advertisement. I moved it off and a different part of it appeared. It wouldn't go away.
I didn't try clicking it, though.
It doesn't happen anymore at the stock market page or on any other page but it was rather odd.
Your screenie isn't showing up, but since this isn't happening anymore, I'm gonna guess that it was just a fluke in the way your browser was loading the page is all.
