Walk across the aisle

Where your Stygian Bride

Awaits.

Swarthy skin ‘neath the veil

‘long with another fate.

There was a gown
Across the floor,

A Bouquet of

wine at her side;

While a smile played the piano keys;

Her teeth decayed within.

Through the film you look upon,

Through the film you see

That Death is staring back at you,

Back at you and me.

Hm. Nice poem. Reminds a bit of Edgar Allen Poe mixed with someone else.

Froggie, the poem was inspired by Poe whilst I tried to duplicate the flow found in The Highwayman.
