Chapter 8
Emma woke up early and got ready. She packed her back pack with two water bottles and a few snacks. She woke up Niki and toldher to get ready. Once they were all set they went off threw the forest. "So where is this place exactly?" Niki held tightly on Kitten's leash. "Um, well its a little ferther down. I'm glad we got Kitten a leash." Niki nodded in agreement. Soon they reached the spot with the griphans. They all looked at the girls. They began to charge, then suddenly the big black one appeared and stopped the others. Niki let go of Kitten's leash in fear. Kitten ran straight to the yellow griphan and barked. It picked him up in one huge paw and snuggled him close to his cheak. Emma smiled as her heart filled with joy. 'What an we do for you?" Niki's voice shivered.
