Highlights: The opening of The Weekly Res!
Good day, subscribers! Allow me to offer a proper introduction. You’re reading the work of Kate, the highlight writer of this very paper. My fellow staff and I have been working hard to produce the first of hopefully many issues. Be sure to glance over the other sections of the paper, and recognize the hard labor put into this little project. And if you decide you enjoy what you’re reading, then go ahead and tell your friends. Tell your friends’ friends. Ask them to tell their friends. Just tell somebody!
Anyway, let me move on to a more interesting subject. Word is Patrick- the creator of this very dreamland we call Rescreatu- has some rather unique pets. His Spirit and Shade colored Zenirixes just spark the question- Will these colors ever be available to the virtual public? Either way, I’ll always remain a sucker for my silver pets. Though I wouldn’t mind owning a Spirit Otachie myself. We’ll just have to hope. After all, if those hypnotizing Trance pets can be made, than I’m sure we can have some Spirit and Shade creatus. It just gives us another reason to look forward to V3, and all of the possibilities that come with the package.

SB Happenings
This week in the SB, there were, of course, multiple conversations about different aspects of Rescreatu, as well as Real Life. One of the topics that seemed to have constantly surfaced was that of Graveyard Name Releases. This reporter asked Rescreatu Staffer Dragonling about the Name Resets, and here is what they said:
Mallory1031:Dragonling, can you give me your opinions on the Name Resets in the Graveyard?
Dragonling: xD Can we do this through Rmail so it's not clogging up the SB?
Mallory1031: sure thing.
Dragonling: I think that the names being placed into the graveyard to naturally be deleted is a good way for users to get the names they've always dreamed of, and to create a bit of healthy competition between those aiming for names. XD
Mallory1031: Wonderful. Thank you Ling. This will be in an upcoming Weekly Res Issue. Subscribe to it and see your name in the paper!
However, this reporter did not stop at Staff's opinions. She dug deep to get the questions answered by a true Rescreatian. Lakeore volunteered to be interviewed in the SB. After Rmailing her the question at hand, this is how she responded:
"Well in the beginning for new users it might be a bit confusing, but in truth, these resets are helping out the tu flow here on res. Name that people have been dying for are finally released and if they don't get it themselves, then they buy them. Due to the up in stocks right now, tu has been changing hands very freely lately and that is good for the economy. Also, it makes people happy as well, to be able to get a perfect reset name for a pet that they have been wanting to name for a very long time."
So there you have it, Weekly Res Readers. These name reset occurances are percieved as good, from The Staff all of the way down to Users like you and I.
