Yes, I know, done with a mouse, but I can't help it.
I don't feel like spending 250$ for a pad and pen. xc
So, give me advice on whether I should open a commission or not, and give some advice.

I'm not an expert in drawing/pricing, but I can give you a tip. C:
 
When saving images in paint, save them as ".png". When you save them as jpg's, they come out blurry. Hope that helped. C:
