Anything from 5m being the simplest you have to 15m-20m for the more complex and detailed.

Flat colored full body - maybe 1-3mil+, depending on complexity?
fully shaded full body - 3-5mil+, depending on complexity again :T
background - bribe a lot, i guess? xD

Your art is really nice ;o;
