Ok, my forte really rests with cartoons (not that they're any good) so here's a page that I drew in my speech class.  Again, I'm seeking advice, so anyone that thinks they can help, please do so!

They're very good cartoons! I would only reccomend practice to smooth out your lines a bit- or even just an eraser.

You ARE very good at cartoons, though. With a bit more pactice (by which I mean coloring smoother...) you'd be awesome!

And i think I love those tadpoles.

Pippit, when you draw dragons remember: Circular Softies, Triangular Terrors, and Box-Like battle dragons. I'll show you what I mean in a minute... (I'm on a drawing craze)

Some helpful tips: Try starting with circles dear. Then, lines to connect them. (this eliminates head/arm/leg deformity.

. Put some space between your head and wing. If you look at a dragon, you see there's quite a bit of neck space before the wing. (if they're standing)

Furthermore: P.R.A.C.T.I.C.E.

It really does work.

Nice job on your cartoons as well.

I cant 'Cartoon.' To save my life.

Hey pippit.Heres a tip for dragon drawing. The wings have joints in them. You dont need to make them go straight.Practice brawing ones that have joints in them. Here is a little somthing to show you how they normally bend.It shows a red skeleton and the blue sshows how the skin and stuff you would see on the outside might b aranged.

Try to make your wings bend more like that.It maes them look better and more natural then making noodle wings or line wings.

Hmm...
I think your artwork is nice, but you should try and press lighter, and use soft strokes, or sketch them out. Try and shade, too. (:

I agree with Quarantine.
I can't draw cartoons either. xD

With drawring dragons, have a refferance with you and keep looking from that to what you're drawring from time to time. Take note of the shape's used and sketch those, then draw in some lines to connect it all. Also save your images as png. types, it gives them a better quality. Another tip, draw some lines on the tail to make it look more round and three dimentional.

Here take my sketch as referance, try draw that. I'd like to see how you get on :3

I was gonna say the same thing as Fate. xD

I'm still somewhat of a beginner but in my years of practice I found that if you want to draw good clean lines and circles, just draw lightly and don't press hard.  It's ok to lift your drawing tool multiple times while drawing just a line or circle, just make sure that each stroke is evenly connected.

And it helps allot to start out with sketches, don't try to draw a perfect picture in 15 minutes. Just draw a quick sketch and lay out the idea of your drawing so you can keep the image in your head. Know what you want to draw; I always try to picture the drawing on the paper before I start.

I'll try to post some examples, also check out my deviantart page, the link is on my profile. Again, I'm still a beginner myself so don't expect anything professional. xD

Also, if you're thinking of scanning them in and colouring them on the computer you have, try using photoshop (if you have it) rather than paint. See the difference:

Blonde veram difference paint photoshop

yeah i dont know either.
