I'm 16. And I guess I wouldn't mind being a staff member and helping others. I'm on here almost everyday, excluding days I go out and school commitments lol.
I don't know what I'd have to offer though. I guess I should read through the rules thoroughly and brush up on my drawings skills! (not that their good enough to be on a website LOL!)

Sadly, Trigun's right. I don't believe how many underaged users applied/want to apply, moreso the ones not even old enough to use the SB legally. I hope there's some users applying that mostly lurk the shadows of thr SB. D;

You have to be 16 or older, your account needs to be at least 6 months old, and if you can't find the application/how to apply, it gives the impression that you might not be very...knowledgeable in terms of Res and how everything goes.
