I know this update is old but i thought i'd mention this here, when useing the collections and adding stuff to them, sometimes it will tell me that i dont have the item but it adds it to the collections anyways. And sometimes when i do have the item it just delets it. I've had this problem before on some collections but i dont know if this is due to the crash or not

Ive been having issues regarding sending a specific user Rmails, Though i have already opened a ticket a while ago regarding the issue.

The springs set me back to level 0. I was at level 356 before the crash today. Hope this is something that can be fixed.

If you used your hatches, and have hatches again, that is because reset happened. The backup was from 11:55 last night, which means if you hadn't used yesterday's hatches, you'd still have them. For the users who HAD used hatches, game turns, etc, they wouldn't have them. So Pat made reset happen, then today's hatches, game turns, etc became available.
At this time, we do not know if the springs levels are recoverable.
Winter, what do you mean about creatu stats gain an extra line on mutant stats? When I click on a pet, everything looks normal to me?

2 errors. My springs too has zeroed was about level 90 :/. Other one is creatu stats. They gain an extra line on mutant stat.

SO glad its been fixed. Nothing makes the the blood run cold when see you're logged out and told your user doesn't exist. SUCH a relief to be back. Thank you! :) Btw I have no idea what midnight is in the UK but I too have Trenthepunkid's issue. If its correct then good :) if not the boo. Haha
