A new category has been introduced to the forums called 

Since not all users can access the Shout Box, this is a place intended for everyone to ask any questions about the site's features and events. 

Assistants will be focusing on helping in this area, and users are encouraged to answer questions as well!

you have to be a teen to be in the shout box. Some conversations in there,Can be a bit more of adult conversations. heh
