Hey guys, I just was thinking that maybe a few users here like to cook.

I figured that we could share recipes here.  Recipes that are quick, easy, or delicious.  It doesn't matter, just recipes in general.

Maybe some users can use these to cook with.  Even just something like an awesome nutella and fluff sammich.  Just..... anything.

I have two.

Fried Pasta

(this is really good, and needs very little ingredients.  Also, quick to make)

2 to 4 cups pasta (any type.  Eggnoodles work best.)

3-4 tablespoons of butter (as much as you think)

1 tablespoon parsley

1/2 tablespoon garlic powder

1/4 tablespoon salt

1/4 tablespoon pepper

Melt half of butter in frying pan on medium-high.  Add all other ingredients except for remaining butter.  Mix together evenly.  Add remaining butter and cook until slightly crispy.

Cinnamon Sugar Biscuits with Chocolate Dipping Sauce

(EPICLY DELICIOUS just made this for snack this afternoon.)

1 can of homestyle biscuits (the kind you find at the supermarket)

1 cup granulated sugar

1 cup brown sugar

2-4 tablespoons cinnamon

2 tablespoons butter

3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Melt butter in a ramkin or bowl.  Place biscuits on baking sheet and brush top with butter.  Mix together the sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon in another bowl.  Coat the biscuits with mixture, rolling on sides as well.  Bake in oven using the temp. and time according to the biscuit tin.  Melt chocolate chips in a bowl in the microwave; take out every thirty seconds and mix to prevent burning.  Continue until chocolate is completely melted.  Dip biscuits in chocolate sauce and omnomnom.

Makes 4-6 servings

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

1 - 2  cups  breadcrumbs

3/4 cup minced onions

 2 eggs, beaten

3 lb ground chuck

2 tbs grated horseradish or prepared horseradish

2 1/2 tsp salt

Pepper to taste

tsp Dijon mustard

1/4 cup milk

3/4 cup ketchup

2-3 slices bacon

In a large bowl thoroughly combine all ingredients reserving 1/4 cup ketchup & bacon.  Shape into 2 loaves.  Brush with reserved ketchup  & slices of bacon.  Bake 50 -60 minutes.  Allow to cool for 15.

My grandma's meatloaf.  AMAZING stuff, and I'm a chef-in-training so I know good food.  Plus, it's a good treat for diabetics, and you can substitute things to make it healthier.  Notice I said "treat."

And note to everyone: never eat Stilton cheese.  Smells like feet, and makes your breath smell like feet.  Highly unpleasant.

This isn't really a Recipe but...-shrug-

Okay, this mgiht sound wierd, but its delicious. Banana sandwich. Its easy to make and taste really good. Just spread manaise (I don't know how to spell it. U:) on the bread and chop up the bananas and lay them onto the manaise until the whole slice of bread is covered in bananas. :D Then add a little more manaise on the top of them before she put the two slices together. WARNING; Do NOT use Mirical Whip. It tastes horrible. :( Use regular manaise.

@Ashdog It's gotta be frozen orange juice, though. Regular orange juice makes it all sour.

We fell through the ice when we tried not to slip.

Oh have you guys tried chocolate covered strawberries?

All you do is :

Pick the freshest strawberries

Take your favorite type of chocolate (im a fan of almund bark chocolate)

melt the chocolate in a pot on the stove ( stir frequently chocolate can burn)

then dip the strawberries into the melted chocolate and let them cool :D

It counts >:D

Real recipe time.

MEATBALL SANDWICH:

You will need...

A brain.

Cheese. (Parmashon works best)

Bread. (Any kind)

Sause. (Any kind, but Spaghetti sause works best)

Hamburger meat.

...And that's it.

How to make:

Take the cheese and sprinkle it on to the bread.

Put bread in Microwave/oven for a short time.

Roll some chunks of hamburger meat into balls.

Cook them to a poop color brown. :D (Microwave or oven)

Put meatballs on bread.

Lastly, top it all off with some sause.

YAY!!!

Did Myth actually try any of these?

And I have another I'd like to share.

Peanut Butter Cupcakes

2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup peanut butter
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
1 pinch salt

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a cupcake pan with paper liners, or grease and flour cups.
In a large bowl, mix together the brown sugar, shortening and peanut butter until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Combine the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt; stir into the batter alternately with the milk. Spoon into the prepared muffin cups.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, until the top of the cupcakes spring back when lightly pressed. Cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.

Yes, I got this off the Internet, but it's the same recipe I always use.

I'm doing peanut butter cupcakes for my graduation party, most people have never heard of them but they're awesome.  Especially with chocolate chips in them.  <3

Yus.  Just don't put too much chocolate or they end up runny.  They're cupcakes, not muffins.  I actually think chocolate icing would be a better idea.

Or take them out of the wrapper and dip the tops in chocolate, we've never done that before but my dad suggested it.  I find it a pretty good idea.
