When you come out forums, on the left under your avatar headshot there'll be clickable text that says "Cash Points", or on the left it says Credits with a star. Either of those will take you to the cash shop.

Has anyone made stardust capes before? How do you do it? I've tried with the black half-shoulder cape and the long black cape and it didn't work with either

u need to read the recipe card for the specific color of stardust cape you want to make (i dont think the ember one has been released yet)

What do we do with the ember fragments? I’ve seen ember star dust apples, how do we make those??

for the fragmets theres no use yet, maybe later on the event.
the apples are not made, you can pick them at the apple tree

Piles of Gold and Ember Stardust are found through random events just while you're clicking around the site. I've found the gold stardust a lot more rare than the ember though.
