Long story short, these are tools for both buyers and sellers of names to connect more quickly with each other.
Have a name you want, but don't want to keep advertising for it? Have a name you want to sell, and you're not even sure if any one wants it?

I would vastly prefer you rmail or make a forum post for confirmation of your entry to me around the same time its submitted, else I will to ask you. You can literally just send the current time. No formalities are needed.
Tips for Buyers:
*Please understand that this sheet will not make seller's show up immediately and that there will be names you won't be able to get. Be patient.
*If you're not interested in a seller's price, tell them that! No one likes to be left in the dark.
Tips for Sellers:
- *Perhaps don't ask for a buyer's budget. Instead, offer a price and work from there.
- *If a buyer declines to purchase, move along. If they really want the name, they'll contact you later.

I'm thinking of creating a seller's sheet, but that would be a bit more organizational intensive than this.
