I've only recently come back to the website, so I don't know much about the website anymore. I noticed that the black market is closed, although a good portion of my return I spent a lot of time checking it and it's opened.

However, this time he just asks me, "What are you up to? Leave, now!"

It's been like this for two days. Is there a certain criteria you have to meet to be able to access that store? Or is it random? I'd appreciate if someone helped me out and explained.

I checked just now and it opened up! Is there a time frame when it's open?

Every time you visit, there's a random chance that you'll be kicked out and once you get kicked out, you won't be able to get in until reset that day. So if you're unlucky you might get refused on your first try, or if you're lucky you might manage to visit multiple times in a day without being kicked out. I hope that makes sense!
