[[oh my god, Ru. I am so confused >.< Alright. So the Vin's are not in the same room. But now they are? What. asdf I'm too tired to edit my original post, so it's just going to look really weird. And they Vins had yet to even be in the same realm? Oh my, I screwed up my fist post so badly xD]]

Skorri fell hard on his ass onto the very solid ground. Gathering his bearings, he unconsciously flicked his wrist, and the wind circled him to clear away the dust. He climbed to his feet, the wind still spinning about him in a lazy way, and stretched up tiredly. He felt drained, thought that may have just been from changing realms so suddenly. The Vindex dropped his arms, suddenly realizing that he was not alone and remembering that he was meeting with his human for the first time. The feeling of being forcefully pulled though a wall must have jarred the notion out of his head. But, now that it was returning, his pulse quickened and he turned around in horror to see the humans.

He changed his mind. He wasn't ready for this; he was too weak, too much of a coward. He wasn't ready to be restrained and restricted and bound to one of these horrid creatures. He was going to end up getting killed because of one of them, he just know it. The wind, sensing his panic, whipped around him irritably, wishing to defend Skorri from whatever was upsetting him. The Vindex took a step back, desperately trying to keep himself from lashing out at one of the humans. That would net be a good thing, if he happened to injure another's human.

The boy with China skin stared at the Undertaker as he continued to talk and talk and then the ceremony. He had a feeling like this was going to be one hell of a journey especially with that one girl. He already didn't like her attitude but then again, he shouldn't really judge her since they would be travelling together soon. He watched the cyclones and found it interesting that the tiger has split into a fox. He gave a small smirk before he eyes each Vindex. He didn't really know which one to pick or which one was going to bond with him. He knew the way this worked. He stood up from his chair and fixed his katanas on his back. He made them fit just right before he walked up to the stage, his boots clicking on the floor much like Undertaker's had.

He walked to the stage and stopped in front of it. He eyed the Vindex and jumped on with ease. He stood in front of them and watched them all. They were all male and each one seemed different in their own ways. The one that stood out most was the one with pink hair. He stepped away from that one and really didn't want to be paired with him.

"They're all... male... and pretty okay."

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The male that had been in the Tiger cyclone yawned and stretched himself out. He looked at all the humans before he made a tsk noise. He really didn't wanna help them out, but then again, they would get profits in Polliticus once they did. He sighed and flipped his magenta hair out of his face. He brushed it down with his hand and looked at the humans, none of them were really the kind of person he wanted to be around, but he supposed there was going to be a human that wanted to be with him. He yawned again.
"So, you're the little humans we're to protect and whatever huh? Well then... This'll be very interesting... The name's Cheshire."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

The man who was in teh Fox cyclone stared at all the humans adn decided that he didn't want any of them. He tsked and  moved his hair from in frotn of his face. He didn't understand why he was summoned too, but then again, maybe it was important. Nah. Nothing was ever important around here. He growled low in his throat and crossed his arms in front of his chest. He really didn't want to be here..

{sorry their intros suck butt... :( }

Ooc;

I just used Sebastian's previous introduction /fail

Bic;

The Undertaker was a very interesting being and Colette ate up every word he said. Legends are spun lies that make up a large web of nothing, that she could believe, however she doubted and questioned the notion of them bringing destruction upon themselves just to turn around and make it better. Technically it wasn’t their generation that destroyed what was once beautiful, it wasn’t their generation that used and abused past powers, it wasn’t their generation that craved death and bloodshed; it wasn’t them.  It was them who wanted to restore the beauty, it was them who wanted to create peace, it was them who wanted to break free from the past; it was the four children sitting in front of the biased Undertaker. Colette yearned to speak up, to say what was on her mind but she was unsure and didn’t know how to approach her defiant words. When she finally decided to speak up the curtains closed and the room glowed with darkness. The way slivers of light entered and caught the faces of every being in the room gave off an eerie feel, especially since the Undertaker would be summoning the Vindex’s soon.

Colette watched the Undertaker with her careful pale eyes, thinking about the words that he warned them with. If all the legends that she had heard were strands making up a large web of lies then she was sure that the Vindex’s weren’t going to be anything she had ever imagined in her childhood. She had longed for this moment, but the actions that the Undertaker was taking were curious.  The silver dust he poured out of a small black box was glimmering in the sparse sunlight and shone with a beauty that reminded her of the stars in the night sky. A small smile had found its way onto Colette face as she watched the ritual with amazement. She had never fully believed that fate would allow her a chance to fulfill her dreams, but before her eyes the silver dust turned crimson and took the shape of various animals that soon turned to into humans.  Her oddly pale eyes shimmered like the moon’s reflection on the water as the Undertaker introduced the group of teens to the Vindex’s.

Once the Undertaker slipped out the back door like a shadow, the boy to her right stood and approached the stage. Colette watched the boy with quiet and curious eyes, unsure as to what his actions were meant to do. She knew that the Vindex’s were going to be bonded to each one of the humans but she didn’t know how the whole process worked. She recalled the Undertaker’s words about how none of the Vindex’s actually wanted to help them and she wondered if the humans had to perform or do something to make these strange Vindex’s want to be bonded. Colette eyed each one. They were strange and their personalities were widely ranged; one seemed nervous and shaky, another looked bored yet compliant, another spiteful and regretful, the other uninterested and stubborn and the last one was quiet and mindful. She wondered which one would be helping her along on this journey, though she didn’t really want one, she wanted to make it to Polliticus herself. Colette sat quietly and tried her best to go unseen, hoping that none of the Vindex's would be interested.

~~~
Sebastian entered the room slowly and in a nervous manner. His eyes jumped to each person in the room and even though the murky purple held an undeniable nervousness in them, he was actually thinking how disgusting it was that they should rely on the help of the Vindex. What, were they tools now? That is how humans treated other humans centuries ago, right? These creatures were tedious, only able to use each other for personal gain. Why was it that the Vindex were the ones to help these ungrateful humans, why couldn't they use each other again? The dark green haired Vindex was fuming in his mind, though he kept all his hatred hidden, not wanting to let down the fake front that he knew these gullible humans would eat right up.
He stood there fumbling with his hands as he looked down at them and stole glances here and there. One of these ungrateful beings would soon order him around and it seems like he would be obligated to call them his master. Sebastian hated the thought of being tied to a person and follow them around, serving them in whatever ways he could. However, no matter how much he hated it, he knew that he would never deny the position he was in, for it was his grandfather's wish. Sebastian, the tall and sturdy tree-like Vindex twiddled his thumbs and effortlessly looked uncertain as he attempted to meet the sinful eyes of the humans. He suppressed his grimaces and spiteful looks, as he tried to evaluate each human. He gave the group of foolish teenagers a shy smile as he placed his eyes back on his twiddling thumbs, hating every moment he spent in the room, breathing the same air as these creatures.
Zakeru tilted his head somewhat as he watched the other boy with pale, almost porcelain, skin walk up to the line of five Vindex. With a faint sigh, he pushed himself off his chair and approached with caution, burnt orange eyes flicking over each Vindex in turn. He quickly thought that it was strange that there was five of them and only four humans. Though he brushed it off a s slight miscalculation of the Undertakers part.
Yes. Blame the freaky, strange, silver-haired male who proclaimed that these god-like creatures could hand you your @ss without breaking a sweat.  Joy.
Anyway, he froze when he heard the screech of chair legs before the clatter of the back as it fell to the ground. Turning slightly, he saw that it was the russet-haired female with a strange look on her face. Her nose was wrinkled, brow furrowed, and her upper lip looked like it was snarling.
But she didn't say anything. Her eyes hinted at something before she scoffed and bent down to retrieve her swords.
She is definitely a strange one, Zakeru remarked, returning his attention to the five Vindex.
Uria was unsure as to how this ceremony would progress, how
they would get from his realm to Port and their potential masters. He could
hear the slight shuffling of a hand as he saw the silver haired man reach into
his clothes and pull out a small…something. The room had darkened since the
curtains were shut and, with his already poor vision, he couldn’t see what the
man had removed. A container of sorts? Uria thought to himself as he
caught a faint glimmer of silver pouring out from whatever the man held. He
noted four specks of silver on the ground and the man motion as if he had
thrown something into the air. Uria was uncertain as to what occurred next.  He was staring at a blurred image one moment,
and a slightly more refined image of four individuals. He felt his body shift
and transform into what would be his new other form so long as he remained in
the world of humans.
The shadows of the room covered them all, but he could sense
the presence of the four humans and that of the other vindex. Nine. Nine total.
Wait, nine? Four humans. Five vindexs.  Uria was not certain as to where the fifth had
come from. He could only tell of four others that were suppose to make the
travel while in his realm. The appearance of this fifth was unsettling. He
preferred having the entire information in order prior to committing any sort
of action. This fifth would have to be watched.
Saying nothing, Uria stood in the presence of the humans. He could make out
slight features of each as they remained in their seats. One sat patiently, observing
the strange occurrence and summoning of the vindex. He felt slight vibrations
that he would not have noticed had he not been who he was. They seemed to reverberate
from another human. He could sense slight hostility from the being, though he
sensed it was directed at something else rather than the five who had just
appeared. Suddenly, one of the four humans were closer than it had been. Uria
took a breath, something that allowed him to sense a clearer image of his
surroundings through heat. One of the four was indeed closer. A boy.  “They’re all…male…and pretty okay,” he heard
the boy say. Not long after the first had stepped closer, another human
followed. Another male. Two males. Two females. The special thing he had once
felt from them was gone, but from these four he would have to pick his master.
Uria invoked each sense he possessed. With his vision nearly gone, picking a
master would be a challenge, but not impossible. He had years of practice
honing his own abilities. He took a glance at the four; the blurs he saw
revealed their location. Two sitting. Two standing. In the way that the first
human presented himself, Uria found him impatient and curious. Impatience leads
one into danger quickly and curious to see them even closure only adds to
danger. What the boy had noted was something any could not from afar. The
second had momentarily hesitated before he approached. Cautious, a good
quality. Yet, there also seemed to be a slight hesitation. One must commit
themselves to their choices and actions, their cause and effect. No. Not this
one either.
Uria’s senses fell upon the girl that emitted the slight vibrations. Unsettled.
Anger. Unacceptable.  If his master is unable to control his or her own emotions,
nothing good could come from it. And thus, he came to the remaining human; the
girl who remained seated, observing the vindexs and everything about them. She
seemed fascinated, but cautious. She blended with the shadows, as if willing
them to hide her presence. Even with his sense fixated on her, it was difficult
for Uria to full analyze this being that caught his attention. She would set
out on her own if she could
Uria thought. Another though ran along side
with that thought. I like this one.
[[So how exactly are the humans 'chosen' or whatever? Like, do they just click with a Vin, or does someone choose whoever they want?]]
Skorri managed to get the wind under control and forced it to quit being agitated. He took a few deep breaths and began to calm down. He knew that if he continued to panic, something bad might happen or he might not get chosen, being that there were only four humans and five Vindexes. Wait, what? Skorri had never heard of an uneven number with the human:Vindex ratio. Would someone be left without a human, or would they bound to a human already taken? Would that person have to return back to the realm, or would they stay here?
That got Skorri worried. What would happen if the Vindex had to return home? He would be treated with the disgrace of someone who had failed his mission. That would be absolutely terrible. And, knowing his luck, it would be him to be sent home. He fiddled with his bow strings and willed the wind not to reflect his nervousness more than it already was as it swirled around his feet.
A human boy with pale, porcelain-like skin stood and moved closer to the stage the Vindexes were standing on. Another male followed suit not long after. The first seemed to know what he was doing, but the other one appeared to be hesitant, even uncertain. Was it possible that the humans were just as apprehensive as he? Skorri didn't think that humans had the ability to get nervous, but he supposed that it was understandable, being that they were about to trust their life to an alien creature very unlike them.
The boy with the white skin was eying them like one eyed cattle or a prize cut of meat. He moved away from a pink haired Vindex. The human mumbled 'they're all male,' and Skorri felt irritation wash over him. What, was he expecting busty blondes? What an arrogant child, to have set preferences on who he wished to be partnered with. They, the Vindexes, had left their home world to help these humans get to Pollicitus, even though their lives would be put at risk. Ungrateful human...
"Is there something wrong with us all being male?" Skorri snapped lowly so that only the pale human and anyone else close could hear him. A part of him told him to shut up and not pick a fight with this human, he wasn't worth his time, but he was too irritated to listen.
{well, Vindex choose the human that I chose for them from the earlier page. But, how they decided if the human is worth their time is up to them. You can ask a question or fight then or whatever.}
Ceres turned his attention to the Vindex who had snapped at him. He hadn't thought about one of them already snapping at them. He had hoped to make a better impression, but it seemed as though he failed. He didn't know what else to do, but he decided not to dwell on that. Instead, he turned to the Vindex and sauntered over to him. He stopped in front of him and looked him up and down. He was rather normal looking for a human, not like the ones with pink and silver hair. He felt his clothes being tugged and he looked down at the wind that was whipping around the male's feet. He smiled and looked the boy in the eyes, his own amber ones glowing with amusement.
"I never meant to offend you. I'm just stating a fact. I don't really care that you're all male. I don't want a busty blonde if that's what you're thinking."
He smiled and turned around before he hopped off the stage. He made his way back towards the seats. He pretty much ignored the girl with the raging temper and decided that they might not get along. He yawned and once again took his seat. He couldn't really choose what Vindex he wanted so he had to just wait.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Cheshire looked at the girl with a fiery temper then the boy who was discouraged by his pink hair. He knew who he wasn't going to pick. He hissed much like a cat and his pupils turned to slits. He crossed his arms once he was done hissing and stared at the humans. He didn't know who to really pick, but he had some options. He knew he wanted someone who would be like him, then again, none of them seemed like they could really fit him. He clicked his tongue and looked at the remaining humans. The fiery tempered girl. The shy one. and the other male who he really couldn't place like the other two. He didn't want a shy one, so she was out. The other male didn't seem to interesting to he slashed his name in his head. That only left one person and she was going to be one hell of a challenge for him. He sighed and walked up to her before he stopped and looked her in the eye.

"You human... What's your name?"

His green eyes were piercing and they were hard as jade. The other male had pissed him off somehow but hell, he wasn't going to let that get to him too much. He looked at her before he placed his hand on his katana sword. He didn't know what she would do since she seemed to be a firecracker.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The silver haired vindex watched as the humans and Vindex began to move and interact. He really didn't see why he came down anymore. He wanted to come down and see what was going on, but seeing as these humans seemed unstable or just plain weird. He looked at the people and sighed. He walked over to the curtains that were closed, his boots should have clicked but the were silent. He grabbed one and flung it open before he hissed at the people outside. Some cowered and stepped back while others simply stared at him but still took a step back. He smiled at that and then made his way to the other curtains, wanting some light int eh dark room, plus it looked like the tiger wanted a fight.
Once the katana and the tanto were secured at her waist, her ears twitched slightly as somebody approached her. Her head tilted to the side as she looked at the Vindex through the veil of her russet hair. The crimson in them glinted through the strands as she was still worked up about the one that lied. The one whose scent soured.
"You human... What's your name?"
She turned to face him fully, moving her hair so it was tucked behind her slightly pointed ears. His eyes were piercing and hard, but she didn't shy away from it. If anything, a twisted smile curved her lips as she let one hand rest on the juncture of her swords.
"Isedon Miashimi, Vindex," she responded with a slight sneer.
Ooc;
Yay! I am back from camping, so no more lame posts!! <-- I probably just jinxed myself >.<
Bic;
Bond, meaning something that binds, fastens, confines, or holds together. It is a word that sounds pleasing but holds a darker meaning. It is a euphemism for the true meaning behind the human and vindex relationship, of master and servant, of freed and bounded. The thought of being in the Vindexs place made her spine dance, but she tried her best to hold still, breathing long drawn out breaths, just like she did when scurried under the moonlight to dance. It seemed like the Vindexs, slowly but surely, were making their bonds, and Colette didn't want to be part of it. Usually pride didn't consume her, but for a strange reason, she felt like she needed to prove herself and make the journey with out being pampered. Not pampered per say, more like the luxury of being helped along. It was her dream and her's alone, if the Vindexs didn't care to help, then she didn't want their help, but if they did, then they'd have to put all their heart into it and not approach the situation halfheartedly.
She watched as the Vindex with a flamboyant hair color approached the girl with autumn features. She watched the actions of both; the temperamental human girl and the brazen Vindex boy. They seemed like they would a troublesome pair, but Colette had no room to judge, at least the autumn colored girl wasn't being as narrow-minded as she was. She shook her head a bit, her stark black hair that was neatly in twin pig tails moved around her round face and her bangs that ran across her forehead and hovered over her eyes tickled the bridge of her nose. Where was her head? She shouldn't have the time to worry about others or care about others. They mean nothing to her and the bond are just an endless contract that is one small part that will fulfill her dream. The last thing she wanted was to get bonded to a Vindex, but if that was the key to making it to Polliticus, then so be it.
Her pale eyes snapped to attention when she realized that someone had spotted her. She didn't know how long ago it was, but the uncanny feeling of eyes on her made her look at the remaining Vindexs. Immediately, her attention shot to the Vindex who took the shape of a snake while in the form of silver dust. He was the one who was quiet and mindful, much like herself. She wondered what he saw when he looked at her; the quiet girl who found refuge in the shadows. Colette squinted a bit when the curtains opened, and when she could see clearly, she kept her eyes level with his. There was no use in trying to hide once she had been acknowledged. Out of her peripheral vision, she could see the other Vindexs, the beauty of their unique qualities and superb coloring sparkled in the sunlight. Colette wanted to steal glances at them and bask in their radiance, but she didn't want to waver where her eyes laid. If what he saw was spite, she wanted to be prepared.
~~~

The fifth Vindex, the one that seemed keen on doing his own thing and no one was expecting  opened the curtains, sneering at the raging humans that stumbled back in fear. Sebastian hated the fox Vindex for opening the curtains, now he would have to look at these ugly creatures and straight in the face, whereas before he had the luxury to look at them behind a veil of darkness. He found more comfort in the darkness, maybe that is due to his powers or maybe just the secrecy the shadows gave, nonetheless, he felt exposed and pressured, both of which made him restless and irritable. He suppressed most of a growl that was crawling up his vocal cords, though by accident, the back of his throat vibrated with annoyance. Being a great pathological liar, Sebastian quickly turned the growl into a whimper as the silver haired Vindex let light into the room.

Sebastian used his power and shrouded himself in a la
yer of darkness. Better to glare at you, my dear. He thought sarcastically at the humans wanting to snicker at them more than anything, but he knew that the la
yer of darkness was too thin for the slightest glimmer of hatred to shine on his face. Instead, Sebastain continued to twiddle his thumbs, and rock back and forth on his heels nervously. He listened to the conversations that started and ended around the room absentmindedly and he could feel the tension in the room grow and shrink and grow once more. He felt the presence of a human boy leave the stage as another one took his place. He let out a wavering sigh in place of a grunt; the time was coming to pick a 'master'.

The murky purple eyes that sat nervously on the tree-like Vindex was lifted and scanned the faces of the both Vindex's and human's alike. The magenta-haired Vindex waltzed up to the russet human and asked her name. What a lame way to pick a master. Sebastian supposed that he must have ruled out the rest of the humans and was thinking about choosing her. However, he wondered on what ruling did he deny the others. He looked at the human boy who had claimed that the Vindexs were all male, then his eyes jumped to the girl who sat quietly next to him, then the hot-headed girl and then finally the boy who'd wandered to the stage. To Sebastian, they were all the same, they all looked the same, they all talked the same, they were all humans. He didn't really understand which made them so special; their dream? But if they all had the same dream, to venture off to the Forgotten Lands, then didn't that mean they weren't special and they were all the same?

It angered him knowing that the group of teenagers were nothing special, they were nothing out of the ordinary. The way Sebastian saw it was that they were just naive children, who were selfish and didn't know when to give up. They were persistent and annoying and if they didn't take the journey seriously, Sebastian would insure that the help of the Vindexs would no longer be theirs. Earlier, he had heard the Undertaker warn the teenagers and he had hoped that the children would heed it. The Vindexs didn't just have to help the humans, but the humans would have to help the Vindexs. In a way, the humans had to make sure that the Vindexs didn't get hurt, and vice versa, so if he would have to pick a master, it would be the one who would most likely be able to protect him. He knew that he was more than capable to protect himself, however, extra precaution and safety never hurt anyone; thus he wouldn't be picking a girl.

Instead of judging them by their personalities, he decided to size up their weapons and their power (wait, do they already have powers? If they don't then just pretend it's not there). His eyes that held various colors of purple slipped over the boy with porcelain skin and a shorter stature and a more lean build. His weapons, two katanas, were pretty impressive, though his build wasn't. Sebastian was skeptical and dubious about how much damage the boy could actually inflict and if he could really hold his own. From the recent reply he gave another Vindex, it appeared that he was serious, but then again, he could be all talk. Sebastian was indifferent about this one, so with knotted eyebrows, he switched his gaze towards the closer male human. This human, though he lacked any big weapons, appeared to be promising. His build was muscular, giving the Vindex a hint that he could hold his own in close combat, and his height, much like Sebastian's was intimidating. The traits were hopeful and he was satisfied with what he was seeing from both of the humans, though it was the power that each held, that would decide who he chose.

The humans were selfish for dragging Vindexs' into their pitiful dreams, so what was wrong with Sebastian being selfish when choosing a master?

{btw, im going to be posting some of my characters separately as we go along because Ceres and Cheshire might not always be together and the pairs could get split up and all that. SO yeah.}

Cheshire couldn't help but want to fight this one. She seemed rather promising and she seemed like she could be a wildfire when it came down to fighting. Sure, he'd have to see what power, if any, she possessed and see if that could even match up with his own. He knew the others should all have some power if the Higher Beings went through with what they had planned to. He smiled like the Cheshire cat he was and placed his hand on his blade, wanting to really test out this girl. She looked promising and he wanted to make sure he was making the right decision in picking her for his master. Though, he really didn't want a master because it meant that he would have to listen to her. Then again since he was one hell of prankster, he might be able to pull a few on her. He smiled and pulled his FrostBlade out. He let the air chill around him.

"How about I see how worthy you are for the help from a Demi-god."

His grin faded and his face became serious. His eyes seemed to glow in the light and his blade hummed with ice. He got into his stance. one leg farther back than the other and the other one was forward. His body was sideways and his sword was towards his front. The blue color the sword gave off was something that he wanted to show off a bit. The ice that was there was creating a small cloud around the sword of fog.

I'm going to guess the humans already have their abilities, yes?

If not, I'll totally edit this post.

Here is the stance she takes; http://th07.deviantart.net/fs23/PRE/f/2007/350/7/f/Samurai_At_The_End_by_sedART.jpg

Isedon watched as his face split into a Cheshire cat grin and her eyes narrowed fractionally. The muscles in her arms tensed as the vibrations from the devices increased their humming. Soon, the plasma blades embedded there would come out. Though she wanted to have a bit of fun first. As he drew his katana the temperature around them plummeted. She felt the chill prick her skin and raise the hairs on her arms and back of her neck. Russet eyes glinted happily at a challenge.

"Demi-god?" she scoffed as she drew her own blade. The steal was black, covered with swirls of russet. As soon as the blade was unsheathed, shimmering heat swirled around it before enveloping her, chasing away the chill. She too moved back into a stance she was familiar with. Feet a little more than shoulder length apart and her swords held up close to her head with the tip pointed down.

"Demi-gods are not snide creatures, Vindex. Prideful, yes. But never snide," Isedon added with sneer that showed off her canines. Already they had elongated into fangs thanks to the devices implanted in her mouth. And hear ears seemed to grow even more pointed.

Black fire flickered around the tip of the katana.

Skorri watched as the human sauntered back to his seat. He supposed it was good that the human didn't mind that all of the Vindexes were males, or so he said. He shuffled his feet and looked up, wondering, well, what now? He supposed that it was about time to choose which human to be with, but he was still unsure. He had yet to really look around at the other humans, favoring looking at the ground, the other Vindexes, or the one pale human. Those were the only things that actually interested him.

Maybe he was supposed to choose the human boy, since he was the only one that seemed interesting. No one else had gone up to him yet, so he couldn't have been taken yet. The other Vindexes were beginning to move around and talk to the humans. If Skorri didn't hurry up, there might not be anyone left for him to bind to, and they would be bad because... because... Well, it just would be.

Skorri forced himself to start moving his feet and took a step, wincing because the floor was cold and his feet were bare. He quietly hopped off of the stage and made his way over to the seat and the human boy. Almost hesitantly, he sat down next to the human, and hunched over. Skorri cursed himself. He was being too timid. If he kept acting so afraid, the human might leave him and try to find a more bold, stronger Vindex, which wouldn't be good.

He sprung up, straightening his back and sitting at the edge of the chair, looking intently at the human. "Hi." He stated. "I am Skorri. Who are you?"

Uria could faintly see the change in the room’s lighting as
the fox vindex opened the curtains. He sensed the fear of the humans beyond the
window, but was not certain what it was that had caused this fright. Uria paid
very little attention to these small yet unsettling changes. The lack of
lighting made it much easier to use his other senses, though more lighting made
it slightly easier to see. And whatever the fifth vindex did to scare the
humans was unsettling as it proved he would most likely be an issue and
possible danger to the group.  Still,
Uria didn’t lose focus on the girl who sat quietly.
Her features we more concealed from his other senses now that light had
reentered the room, but now he was able to get a clearer image of her. He took
a few steps closure, leaving arm length space between them. The once blurred
image became clear. She sat straight, as though she had practiced perfect
posture, with a red cloak over her shoulders. Her black raven hair captured the
light as he would  prey, quickly and
refusing to let go.  He noticed the dagger
she held close.

“A fine weapon. Not long, but not small. I assume you’re rather skilled with
such a fine blade? Much more so than those two at least.”

Uria pointed to the two katana wielders that drew at each
other. He sensed the change in temperature that surrounded the two.  The decrease in temperature made Uria shake
slightly. Cold was something he did not do or get along with. The increase in
heat that surrounded the female seemed odd, abnormal.

“I am Uria and I deem you worthy to be my master. You possess patience and are
observant, though I am uncertain as to whether it was because that’s how you
are or because you simply do not want a vindex.  However, you seem more than capable of controlling
yourself, a quality the others seem to lack.  Whether you accept me as your servant is you
decision, but my decision is final. I shall aid you on the journey, lending you
my strength and abilities when I can and when you require their use. Master, use
me as you see fit.”

{sorry i took so long dudes}

Cheshire looked at the girl as she took a more used stance. He couldn't help but admire the fact that she even fought like that. It showed she was well trained with her weapon. He couldn't help himself when a Cheshire cat grin spread across his face. He amped up his ice power and realized that they were creating steam. He blinked his neon greens and put together than she was most likely blessed with the powers of fire. He couldn't wait to see what happened when they clashed. He knew his ice wouldn't melt since it was his own development of ice. He clicked his tongue and his eyes narrowed. The pupils slitting and he rushed at Ishedon, blade forward and he slashed at her.

{Sorry that was really short... D: }

Ceres looked at the Vindex and noticed how he quickly sat up after a while. He smiled and looked at the Vindex. He had introduced himself as Skorri. He shrugged and though why not? He faced Skorri and smiled.

"I"m Ceres. I'm guessing you're nervous?"

He leaned back in his chair, making himself seem like he didn't give a care in the world. He really didn't. He looked at the bow and smiled before he gently plucked the string. He liked how the bows were made. Many of them had to be hand crafted so they were all so beautiful in his head. He coulnd't help but admire the bow. It was really pretty in his mind, but then again, the katanas he carried were also hand forged. He smiled.

"So, SKorri... Ya nervous about being here?

Isedon watch him. Her russet and crimson eyes watched his every move. She felt the temperature destabilize slightly and brought forth more of her fire as it started to dance around the edges of her blade. They also started to flicker around her left upper arm as they danced around the burn mark that curled around the muscle there.

The crimson in her eyes gleamed suddenly when he rushed forward with his blade, slashing at her.  A smile curved her lips as her weight shifted. Swinging her back leg forward, her black blade became a slight blur as she moved, tilting her blade up as she went. His steel rang against her's as she blocked it.

When the two blades met a tongue of black flames curled around his icy sword.
