The year 2314:
Everything is gone. Governments, once stable and thriving, have collapsed in the wake of nuclear war that has almost destroyed humanity. Almost, but not quite. Those that remain find themselves... mutated. Deformed.
Some find themselves taking on the forms of animals that no longer exist. Others find themselves taking on forms of shrubbery and trees. Still others become part human, part machine. What a complicated world we live in now. No one is fully human anymore, and no one is ever what they seem.
There is always fighting. Over land, over resources, over children. The children are our future - we have to survive in the wasteland we find ourselves in, but more than that, we have to thrive. We have to find some way to cooperate, or we'll end up succeeding in what the nuclear warheads failed.

1. Be respectful. I shouldn't have to say this, but I do. 2. Be literate. Use spellcheck if you have to. I don't want to read something like "do u no if i can find ivik on that 1 planet?" or anything like that. 3. There is a minimum requirement of two sentences per post. THIS IS NOT HARD TO DO, PEOPLE. 4. No using dragons, or unicorns, or making yourself a rainbow flaming wolf. No. Just no. You can only be mutated with an animal that HAS EXISTED (and yes, this includes dinosaurs), and your coloring MUST be natural for that animal. So no gold pandas or black-and-white lions. 5. No more than four characters per person at one time. Just make sure you can play them all. One dies? MAKE ANOTHER. Side note: NO ONE IS INVINCIBLE. People are going to die in this RP. 7. No powerplaying or godmodding. Don't control other people's characters, and no making super-human things occur, like a tornado that kills everyone. At some point, if agreed upon, a natural disaster may occur, but that will only happen in order to add to the plot. 8. You must be mostly (at least 90%) human. This is kind of obvious, but just thought I'd throw it out there. 9. Please, don't skip any part of the bio. It's there so everybody knows about your character. I mean, it's alright if your character doesn't have a nickname (at first), but personality? Everybody has a personality. Unless you're 100% robot. And nobody's 100% robot. 10. Oh, and violence and romance? CRAZY ENCOURAGED. But keep it PG-13. Res rules and all. 11. What number did I skip? Post the number in order to join.

1. The mutants in this RP are ALWAYS mutants. They don't morph or anything. Kind of like in Maximum Ride, if you've ever read that. 2. Nuclear waste does not give you powers. It just mutates your physique (physical appearance). NO ONE, not even me, has powers in this RP.

Looks: Elkanah is around 6"0, and has pitch black eyes. No whites, nothing. She has long pointed ears, and is covered in short black fuzz. Underneath her arms, running from her wrists down to her around her knees (give or take a couple of inches), is a webbing that are her wings. Her fingers aren't webbed though, though she does have . Her face is slightly bat like, and she has pointed teeth. Other: She's French, and she has a distantly related cousin of sorts who she has grown close to.

He judges every move you make and you can be quite uncomfortable in his presence. He's quite fast, due to the snake part of him. Sexuality: Bisexual. Looks: He looks like a normal human being, except for a few things. He has dark coloured skin, and on the outside of curves (elbows, shoulders, knees etc.) he has black scales, which are used to protect him. He has the long forked tongue, and the fangs which have the poison ducts in them. He also has the black eyes. Theo is quite thin, and can bend his body weirdly. He's about 6"3. Other: He's Australian-born, French-raised, and Elkanah is his distantly related cousin who he has grown close to.

Full name: Beauregard Harris Nickname: Bo Gender: He's a very feminine-looking boy. Age: 14-ish Mutation%: 90% human, 8% king cobra, 2% African crowned eagle. Personality: Shy, nervous, and easily confused. Sexuality: Gay Looks: Standing at twelve feet tall when fully stretched out and about five feet tall when partially coiled up (I tried to compensate for the length of his naga body), this feminine boy is completely human from the waist up. He keeps his short blonde hair spiked. His eyes are amber and slitted like a snake's. His tan skin fades into black and grey scales at the waist. Below the waist, his body becomes that of a snake, specifically that of a king cobra, stretching out for a good many feet behind him. Poisonous fangs drip from his mouth, but he's too afraid to use them on anyone. A pair of wings with a total span of 24 feet spread from his shoulderblades. Though he doesn't know what species they are, they are strong enough to support his entire weight. Other: He's never had a family - at least not that he remembers; someone had to raise him in his first few years of life.

Full name: Micah Lovecraft [[I'm sorry for the last name, I just had to.]] Nickname: IDK, maybe it can be developed in the RP? Otherwise, N/A. Gender: Male Age:16 Mutation%: 90 percent human 3 percent Black Mamba and 7 percent Black Widow. Personality: Micah is very trusting, which lets him become fast friends with anybody. The downside of being so trusting is that he is easily taken advantage of. He's very nice but his personality can completely change when he's angry. His trusting nature makes him to be very protective of anybody he calls a friend. Micah is naturally funny, but when he sometimes goes too far, he is quick to apologize. [[Seems a bit like a Gary Sue]] He is currently looking for love, and can be quite a flirt. Despite his funny jokes, he can be sensitive when the time comes. He is a bit sexist in the way that he likes pretty girls and tends to be nicer to them as if they are delicate. Sexuality: Straight and maybe Bisexual Looks: First of all, Micah is light brown skin, shortish black hair with the top stuck up in a quiff. On his back, he has a black widow mark. His tongue is forked and sometimes hangs out of his mouth when he's concentrating. He has fangs that are poisonous, but rarely uses them unless someone is in grave danger. Because of Micah's 7 percent black widow genetics, he has no whites of his eyes, but instead, black. His irises are red. Near his main eyes, he has black ones that usually don't have any function. He occasionally gets some splitting headaches and can his eyesight is improved a bit. [[Is this a power?]] He isn't overly muscled, but he has a four pack. He wears a grey shirt with a white skeleton ribcage on it that has gotten a bit tight over the years. He wears black skinny jeans that he sometimes switches out with maroon ones. Other: He is Indian - American and used to have family, but they have all died.

She is very agile and can jump from tree to tree practically like a monkey. Sexuality: Straight Looks: She has a pair of rusty-brown fox ears poking out of her hair, and a long, fluffy tail on the other end. Her ears are tipped with black, her tail white. She has bright green eyes, and a slim build that allows her to run fast. She looks like a normal teenage girl, rusty brown hair the same color as her tail, and she prefers to dress in purple hoodies and skinny jeans.
