Soul sighed and crossed her arms, looking at her faded converse. "Sorry." She said apologetically. "Zane's a werewolf." She replied, as if it were as simple as that. "And no, I can't really say I know your questions." She looked back up at Alex with a solemn smile. |

"Are you serious?" Zane blinked at Alex. "You think we have the luxury of being able to take a bath?" He knew Soul didn't want to answer the question. "She's a fallen. Fallen angel, that is. That collar, her punishment. She was attacked by a vamp a few weeks ago though..." He sighed a bit, a failure on his fault. "All my fault."

"No, no." Zane chuckled lightly. "I think you're misunderstanding. The collar is her punishment as a fallen angel. The whole vampire thing... well that was mostly random." He ran a hand through his hair.

"Well... Zane found me when I fell." Soul spoke up, pushing herself to stand up and look over at Alex. "He's a little like my gaurdian or brother." She shrugged.

"I'm clear now." Alex said, finally feeling less stressed. "You told me a secret, I tell you mine." Alex said, bracing himself. "The day I met you, you were probally confused about why I had a raccoon hidden in the bushes." He paused. "That's because I stole her. When I was a kid, around ten years old, a family had a raccoon. They treated it like dirt. One day...I-I couldn't stand it, and I stole her. I ran. Ran like mad. The family's raccoon costed them 600$, so I was consitered a theif. I hid inside my house and in the bushes, 'cause I'm still worried that I will get arrested for being a stealer." Alex looked down in complete shame. |

Zane suddenly patted Alex's back roughly. "Hey, don't act so ashamed, kay? We've done stuff three times as bad as that. You aren't a bad person 'cause you did it for a good reason." He smiled slightly and Soul smiled as well.

Alex perked up a bit. "Are you sure? I really feel bad about the whole thing. Should I return her? I don't know, because I care for the safety of Tycoon but..." He shook his head and looked at the ground. He let a long sigh before speaking again. "But I don't want to get hurt while giving her back. What should I do!" He screamed at the sky, throwing his hands up. Then he chuckled a bit as a few crows took off, because of the yell. |
