Zakeru nodded and placed the cigarette back between his lips. Checking to make sure no vehicles were coming, he crossed the street and through the gates of the Academy. But as soon as he did, a few boys made a loose circle around him. Zakeru sighed and exhaled another puff of smoke. They were all dressed in top of the lines clothes that only the rich could really afford and they had this arrogant swagger that was downright idiotic. One of them sneered, "I'm surprised they let you back in, Tokage. Considering the fight you got in on the last day of school last year."
Zakeru cocked his head. "You mean the fight were your @ss got whooped in a two-hit fight?" he shot back. Two-hit fights were his favourite. Him hitting his opponent and his opponent hitting the floor. The best.
The one who had spoken twitched quite visibly. "You'll regret those words, Tokage," he spat.
Zakeru narrowed his orange eyes as he sneered; "Kono yarou."Which basically meant "You blighter." He smirked and shoved the other boys out of the way as he made his way towards the administrative offices.
Nothing can stop the US Air Force except lightning within five nautical miles.

Joey followed Lizard, a smile on her lips as she heard the conversation. He had gotten someone down in two hits? That was so cool. Normally, when the guys in her school thought, they spent like ten minutes doing it, with a gang around them screaming. Basically, it was a way to get attention. This guy did it with class and style, and quickly, too.
She glared at the snobby kids, her face taking on a slightly disgusted tone. These guys were obviously not freshmen, but they had threatened her new 'friend'. Even if he could clearly stick up for himself, she couldn't just stand by. ''And why will he regret it?'' She asked, remembering to make her voice deeper than her usual tone, anger still evident in her voice. ''Will you call your daddy?'' She didn't bother waiting for a response, and instead followed Zakeru to the office.
Well now. I should... Probably put something intelligent here. At some point. Eventually.

Zakeru had heard what Joey said and he smirked slightly as he entered the building, holding the door open for his younger friend. "You know, he probably might tell his father since he is a little sh!t like that. But he knows that if he does, he'll get the scolding of the century. His dad is the CEO of a major company out west." He cocked his head as he considered his next sentence, wanting to make sure it didn't sound confusing. "The dude's friend's father's are also all cronies of his father -- the CEO."
He shrugged once. "But they are all a bunch of baka," he said as he expelled another breath of smoke.
Nothing can stop the US Air Force except lightning within five nautical miles.

Joey stepped inside with a nod of her head in thanks, before smiling slightly. ''Really? I guess he's never learned to fend for himself, then. No wonder you got him down with two hits.'' She said it in her usual 'masculine voice' which she'd mastered sometime in the summer, and gave a slight chuckle, trying her best to make her laughter sound like that of a boys. Once again, though, it still sounded feminine a little, and she hoped Lizard didn't notice. She hoped no one noticed... but, if they did, she'd act embarassed and say her voice hadn't fully broken yet. She had a plan for everything.
Well now. I should... Probably put something intelligent here. At some point. Eventually.

Zakeru laughed out loud at the part where he took him down with two hits. The laughter seemed to resonate deep in his chest; making it sound like a baritone. He shook his head as his laughter faded to a chuckle. "One hit actually. Me hitting him and him hitting the floor. Hence why it is called a 'two-hit' fight," he explained as he let the door close. Setting the suitcase and duffel down on a chair outside the dorm's offices, he led Joey to the desk were they receive their assignments.
"Zakeru; welcome back. Here is your dorm key, same number as the past three years," a man said giving Zakeru a customized key that held a black and chrome chopper on both sides. Zakeru pocketed the key.
The man then looked at Joey. "Name please?" he asked the younger boy.

Joey was slightly stunned at that. One hit? That was... incredible, to say the very least. That anyone could knock someone out with just one hit. ''Oh, uh, wow. That's tough.'' She said, suddenly gaining a new appreciation for Lizard. And becoming glad she hadn't ticked him off yet. Setting her backpack and suitcase down onto the floor next to her feet for a moment, leaning her arms on the desk while she spoke to the man who had given Lizard his key.
It was a pretty cool looking key, and she decided she liked the look of it very much. ''Um, Joey Kirstin.'' She very nearly said 'Johanna Kirstin' but caught herself in time, and she had a slightly nervous smile on her lips. She'd gotten this far, but what if something went wrong, and they'd found out? It had been hard forging her parents signatures, and she was thankful the forms she had to fill in to join had been simple enough and easy to understand. What if she'd made a mistake, though? It wouldn't bare thinking about.
Well now. I should... Probably put something intelligent here. At some point. Eventually.

The man bobbed his head and muttered the boy's name under his breath as he rolled off to go find his file. Once he found it, he flipped the manilla folder open and glanced at the stats listed. His eyes widened when he saw the dorm number listed and committed it to memory before replacing the folder back one the shelf. Then, he rolled back to the two of them and pulled out another key.
"It seems like you are paired with Zakeru here as a roommate. So I'll give you a key in case he is unable to open the door for you," he said as he handed the key to Joey.
Nothing can stop the US Air Force except lightning within five nautical miles.

[[LOLS. Some co-inky-dink, eh? xD]] Joey took the key with a small, gruff thanks, before turning to Lizard. ''So, which way is it to our room?'' She asked, picking up her stuff. Great. Just great. She'd heard some lucky kids got rooms of their own, but figured it would be too much like things going her way for once for her to be one of them. Oh well. Maybe Lizard was the type of guy who respected personal space. If not, she could always hide in the bathroom when she got changed, or get up really early if he became suspicious.
