Need help on knowing how much money I need to spend for getting cash points.

It depends on if you mean real life money or tu?

Real life money would depend on where you live.
I live in the USA.
So for me 100cp is $10.
50cp is $5
etc.

But in tu people usually sell/buy for 600k-700k per 1 cp.
So 1cp=600k-700k
100cp would be 60mil-70mil
