The issue is that it takes you to a normal version of the user's profile. It's great seeing everyone's profile for the event but sometimes it makes it hard to ToT, which is the only reason you're going to the profile if you've clicked that bag. Some people have super long profiles (I'm not completely innocent in this), I've clicked a MINIMUM of a dozen profiles that outright hide the ToT button so unless you view it as "plain" by clicking the gear you can't tell if they've signed off in the last 2 seconds or if it's just hidden, and some of the people that hide the module also hide the gear icon entirely (I've run into 2 profiles like this so far). That means having to manually update the url to view the plain version of the profile if you want to ToT that person. It's just an annoyance/inconvenience for me, but if someone was on mobile it'd be a nightmare.

Short version: The url that the little ToT bags on the Users Online page send you to should have the "&plain=1" tacked onto them by default.
