I'm sure they'll be revamped soon.
 
But with v3 coming I don't think it was very high on the priority list.

But yeah, as Murgs said, all avatar icons will be revamped ASAP, but with V3 just around the corner, we haven't had the time to pay attention to them. lol. The ones that were just released have been around for a while and we JUST managed to get them out. Wait till after V3!
