I'm not sure if this is the place to put this, but it's bugging the heck out of me so whatever.

My HA has no mouth, and no underwear for some strange reason. My dream HA also has no hair. I try to fix it on the body features page, but it's like the mouth section mysteriously vanished.

So far, I've covered it up with this mask, but the problem's not going away so I'd like to know how to fix it. Does my HA need to be reset, and is there any way I can prevent this in the future?

Edit: I just noticed that my Black Omni Mask, which was on when I first noticed the glitch, has now vanished from my closet, clothing rack, and possession in general. Am I going to get it back?

For your other issue, I've reset your HA, you should be able to find the items now.
