Hello, i got an egg and it said it had got to 100% i clicked hatch but it said it failed.

:) if you look at the hatch probabilities, you'll see that eggs can fail even when fresh and at 100%. There's a 15% chance of failing in this situation.

Oh thank you because when i read the thing i thought it wouldn't fail at 100. 
"They can fail if not incubated fully but they cannot fail once they are at 100% incubation."
quoted from the help page. i think this needs to be changed

That is correct, it is talking about CS and Uldavian eggs, which are the topic of the previous sentence :)
