When I went to check out the Black Market.. I refreshed then it says
What are you up to? Leave Now!
I don't know if this is a bug or something, I just want it fixed

This is not a bug. Unfortunately, visits in the BM are limited and there is a random chance that you will be locked out every time you visit. You don't have to worry though coz BM visits reset during the site reset.
