On one of my past quests, I was asked for two Avocado Ice Creams. I had neither, and bought one from the NPC shop. I checked the quest again, and it allowed me to complete the quest with only handing one in instead of the requested two.
Not sure if the food quest is meant to ask for two of the same item, but it seems to be a glitch in that I was able to complete that round despite only having one.
