Thou shal not quit, because doing so would involve breaking the hidden rule of "All users are loved, therefore they must stay forever"! The general rules of Rescreatu aim to make this site a friendly and welcoming place to users of all ages. Although our 'target audience' is young adults, this doesn't mean we allow unacceptable language. It is VERY important that you read these rules thoroughly and make sure you abide by them, the staff dislike warning you just as much as you dislike getting the warnings. THESE RULES APPLY TO ALL AREAS OF RESCREATU. If you are warned, you may continue to use your account in the same way you did before the warning. However, after 5 warnings your account will be permanently frozen and you will no longer be able to access Rescreatu. Different punishments will be given depending of the severity of the rule broken.
General Rules- Be respectful to all users of Rescreatu, regardless of position. There will be no harassment of any staff or users for any reason. Personal insults, name calling or the constant harassment of anyone is unnecessary and will not be tolerated. The impersonation of staff is also included in this. This will be dealt with very severely, wherever it may occur. - Each person can register ONE ACCOUNT ONLY. No multiple accounts are to be made. The use of second accounts as galleries or to make extra Tu causes the game to be unfair to all other, rule-abiding users. If you are found using a second account, both accounts will be frozen without warning. If you feel you are eligible for an additional account for certain purposes, please use the contact form at the base of the page with your valid reason(s). - If a game bug causes you to benefit in any way which puts you at an unfair advantage over other users, the staff reserve the right to remove any profits (including items) from your account. If you are seen to have exploited any of these glitches in ANY way, the staff reserves the right to freeze your account. If requested upon by staff, you must reveal to them all information related to the issue. If the request is ignored (not responded to in 7 days) we may decide to freeze your account. - The decisions of the staff are final. Any complaints or arguments can be addressed to the staff via the help form and will be impartially reviewed. - Discussion of other petsites IS allowed on Rescreatu. Examples of discussion are "My username is *username* on *petsite*" and "I like *petsite*. However, the promotion of these petsites, or degrading comments about petsites (ours or any other) will not be allowed. Promotion includes phrases like "You should join *petsite*". Constructive critism is welcome, but comments like "*petsite* is better than Rescreatu" and "I don't like Rescreatu" will lead to warnings and your account being frozen. All the staff have worked hard on this site and we are proud that it is different. If you don't want to be here, we don't want you. - Users of all ages will be present on Rescreatu. Be kind to existing members and help those who have just joined us and may not have yet learnt the rules of the trade. This means that inappropriate language and/or images WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. If you are seen acting inappropriately on any area of the site you may be warned or even frozen. - Scamming and attempting to cheat other users out of items or tu will not be tolerated on any level. Asking for passwords or other account details will also lead to users being warned or frozen. STAFF MEMBERS WILL NEVER ASK YOU FOR YOUR PASSWORD. If you are found to have given out any personal details to other members of Rescreatu, when it is clearly stated in the site rules that this is not allowed, you may also be warned. - Rescreatu is not, and never will be, a dating site. Any comments alluding to anything girlfriend/boyfriend related will be deleted and, if necessary, we WILL warn you. - Obviously, if something is illegal in the real world, then it will be illegal here. If illegal material is posted we WILL freeze your account. There will be no warnings given. - Excessive begging on any parts of the website where you can communicate with other members (Forum, Shoutbox, Rmail ect.) is prohibited and will result in a 1-3 day ban. - We apologize, but our staff members cannot speak all the languages we would necessarily like to. For this reason we must ask all users to use English around the site. - The theft of Rescreatu images or copyright material will not only involve the freezing of your account on Rescreatu, but also possible legal action. There will be selected images and material available to users in the form of a fansite package, but use of anything outside of this will be classed as theft. - If you decide to give out your personal information to another user, DO NOT use the chatroom or forums. You may, under NO circumstance, give out personal information relating to anyone other than yourself. If you DO decide to give out your own information, please be aware that Rescreatu in NO WAY supports this – in fact, we suggest that you don’t. - Any complaints about the site are to be voiced via the Help feature. Using any other methods to voice your complaint will either be ignored or could get you a warning. - Discussion of frozen users is forbidden. If they feel they have been wrongly frozen, they can use the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page. If it is not you that has been frozen, DO NOT CONTACT US ABOUT IT. - The discussion of sexuality, politics and religion is allowed but any inflammatory, agressive or degrading comments about any of these is not accepted. It is also against the rules to promote any one choice. We are a diverse site and enjoy being such. Remember that inappropriate language is not allowed upon the site. - The sale of tu, items or credits for cash (in any currency) by anyone but the site itself is against the rules. Selling or buying tu or credits from another user in this way will lead to both accounts being frozen. - The use of automated software, autoclickers, autobuyers or anything which gives an unfair advantage over other Rescreatu users WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. If you are found to be using any of these you will be instantly frozen with no warning. - Staff members are NOT an exception to the Website Rules. Failure to abide by them will result in their position being terminated. Staff members are role models for the Rescreatu community. A consistent high standard of behaviour is expected of them at all times.
Rules for the Forums/Shoutbox/Chatzone- Spamming (repeated or nonsense messages) will not be tolerated on the boards or in the chatroom. Examples of spamming are single word answers, excessive repeats (including smileys), excessive capitals and other unnecessary and annoying posts. - Please take your time to make intelligent posts, use correct grammar and spelling. It would be greatly appreciated by all staff and members. - When using the forums, you MUST post your board under the correct section. Any boards in the wrong section can either be moved by a staff member or deleted. If you feel there is not a section for your board to go under, please mail a member of staff for advice. Continuous disregard of this rule will result in your account being frozen. |
