Sca

The Second of Three

If you ever see an empty food wrapper on the floor in our residence, it’s probably Sca’s. You can often see him in the pantry digging around for stuff to eat, if he isn’t sitting up in his room watching some drama with crude jokes.

But aside from being a lazy potato, Sca is always caring for others and puts his friends over his food and sleep. If he senses that you are upset or mad, he’d ask you why and keep bugging you till you pour it all out. He always listens to the end, and because he’s not very good at the “comforting” thing, he changes the topic and tries to make you forget that you’re upset instead.

After the conversation ends he always asks, “are you feeling better now?” And because he has such a hopeful and bright smile on his face you have to say yes. Because even if you haven’t forgotten the reason why you were upset it makes you a little bit happier to know someone cares so much about you.

On a normal basis he likes to make his friends laugh, too, even if he gets a bit shameless sometimes. But he isn’t afraid to show the ugliest kind of face he could make to his friends, even if he normally fusses a lot over his appearance like a mysterious parting in his fur or food in his teeth. He’s a little like the sunshine that wants to get into the darkest corners of any room and make it bright, cast rainbows on the windows and make flowers glow even more beautifully.
