An ex-fire inspector who was fired for covering up an arson behind a fire that killed eight people. Ashley was killed in the Neck Tie Trap made by an apprentice of Jigsaw. The game consisted of five people called "The Fatal Five", their first test was to retrieve a key from across the room to unlock their collars. If they failed within the sixty-second time period the collars would pull them into a V blade that would decapitate them. Ashley was unable to pull herself hard enough to reach the key at the end. She realized she could not survive and began to scream in desperation until the time ran out.
