Support Interviews
I am happy to be bringing you another support interview segment. I hope that in doing so I am allowing you to get to know your support team a little better!
What is your favorite part of being on staff?
zookie: My favorite part about being staff is basically helping this site. It feels like my home so I want to take care of it and make it better.
o_O: My blueness (kidding). I love helping people out and it's a very satisfying feeling when they finally understand something I've explained to them.
YAM: Just being on staff. I love helping the members and watching the site "grow up". I also love having a direct input into the future of the site. Besides, it's just plain fun!
Hail: I really like working behind-the-scenes of the site and being able to help develop ideas as well as contribute my own. Better than that, I really like the people I have come to know by working here. We have many fabulous staff members and it is a privilege to be able to get to know them and work along side them.
ricki: Seeing behind-the-scenes what goes into making the game the game.
Tell us the best Creatu name you have heard or come up with
z: Ah, my favorite name is Riokue I would have to say. But I also really love my Tesuri's name Bleu.
o_O: My Mirabilis's name, Reiflem! Aren't I original?
Y: Well, I love the name of the new Leverene but the favorite name I've come up with for my Creatu is from a while ago. I hatched 12 eggs and each one was named after one of the signs of the Zodiac (Libra, Gemini, etc).
H: I think Skaldyr is my favorite Creatu name. I just like the way it sounds and rolls off the tongue. It really seems to fit the Creatu it describes.
r: Never thought about it actually. Hmmm...
What is your favorite revamped Creatu so far and why?
z: That's a tough one, I fall in love with most of them. The Veram is my new favorite because the shading is so beautiful. My previous favorite was the Draqua because of its cuteness and shading.
o_O: The Veram! Verams are my favorite (next to Mirabilis) and the new revamp is awesome.
Y: My favorite revamp is the one done on the Chimby. I honestly hated it before but now it's so cute I want to hatch one.
H: The Draqua by far! The old version was quite flat and the colors were not all that nice.
r: I like the Tesuri, it's one of my favs but Veram is pretty cute too.
If you had to design a Creatu that represented you, what would it be like?
z: It would look like my fursona, a tan wolf with orange stripes and really hyper.
o_O: It would be odd.
Y: Um, it would be a large, black horse with a red mane and tail and silver-gray hooves.
H: Great horned owls are quite special to me so I imagine my Creatu representation would look something like that. It is not very creative or inventive but I find the animal to be beautiful as is and I wouldn't quite know what to add to it...perhaps it would be a bit more orange in hue?
r: Something gazelle-like or a saber tooth cat thingy with armor, perhaps. I need to ponder that as well...
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
z: I'm usually on Res in my free time, but other than like I love going to the beach and surfing or being retarded with my friends.
o_O: Reading, running, computer games, internet, and sleeping.
Y: Well, my time is generally always spent either working or at school. If I'm not doing those than I'm hanging out with friends.
H: I really enjoy drawing in my sketch book, reading, playing with my dog, and spending time with those who are very important to me.
r: My dogs.
What is your favorite book on and off Rescreatu?
z: My favorite book ever off of Rescreatu is The Transall Saga. I don't have a favorite book on Rescreatu.
o_O: I have too many favorite books off of Rescreatu, but my favorite book on Rescreatu is How to Annoy Patrick.
Y: My favorite book on Rescreatu is Kirsti: Guide to Evilness, and my favorite book off of Res is either If I Should Die Before I Wake by Han Nolan, or Grits on the Side, an unfinished book written by my mother. It is almost done but even after that she still will need to get an agent and find someone willing to publish it.
H: My favorite book on the site is How to Annoy Patrick. It was cleverly written and it is quite a good read. Off of the site, my favorite book is Pride and Prejudice; I enjoy all of Jane Austen's books.
r: Oh, it has to be How to Annoy Patrick. My all time favs off the top of my head are: Maya's First Rose (total tear jerker-nonfiction), James Kirkwood's PS Your Cat is Dead, I read it when I need a pick me up, it's so funny. Also, Kurt Vonnegut's Welcome To The Monkey House and Breakfast of Champions. Also I like some King and Koontz.
Look out for more interview segments in future issues to get close and personal with your wonderful support team!
